Our Foundress Blessed Mariam Thresia

A woman of vision who saw centuries before her time the potential of women and the need for the education. Her compassionate heart was moved by the pathetic situation in the familes. With the determination of imparting christian values to families,the congregation of Holy Family was foundecd by Blessed Maraim Thresia in the year 1914. The congregation started it's educational apostolate to impart "Knowledge of God".Participating creatively in the teaching mission-"building up families into an intimate community of life an love." 

'The greatest knowledge is the knowledge of God.'

Father Joseph Vithayathil has played a decisive role in  the life of Blessed Mariam Thresia and in the early year of Congregation so as to merit the charism of the co-founder.
