International Yoga Day Celebration
Our school observed International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and spirit, emphasizing the importance of a healthy body and a calm mind. The programme, organized by our yoga teacher Mrs. Vidhya, witnessed the active participation of students and teachers.
The celebration began with an impressive yoga demonstration by a group of students, who showcased various asanas with grace, flexibility, and discipline. Their performance reflected the essence of yoga and highlighted its role in promoting physical and mental well-being.
