TEACHERS' ORIENTATION PROGRAM

As we prepared to embark on another exciting academic year, our dedicated faculty gathered back on campus for a two-day orientation program, the GENESIS Teachers’ Meet. It was a wonderful time to align our goals, find inspiration, and prepare for the days ahead.

Here is a look back at the schedule and events of the program:

Day 1: Renewal, Reflection, and Collaboration

The program began with an insightful opening session led by Rev Sr. Celin. Following her session, the faculty gathered for a solemn Prayer Service in the school prayer hall to seek blessings for the new school year.

The morning concluded with a meaningful procession to all classrooms across the campus, blessing our learning spaces.

Day 2: Deepening the Impact

The momentum carried into Saturday, May 30, 2026, with an extended intensive session running from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM. The floor was handed over to our distinguished guest speaker, Dr. Daison Panengaden, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at St. Thomas College, Thrissur. As an accomplished writer, orator, and career expert, Dr. Panengaden provided our faculty with invaluable perspectives on modern teaching methodologies and student mentorship.

Educators actively engaged in collaborative exercises and deeper discussions aimed at elevating the classroom experience, aligning perfectly with our institution's commitment to educational excellence.

A delicious lunch was provided for all staff members at the school, offering a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and catching up during the afternoon.
