Onam Celebration

The Onam celebration at our school was a grand and colorful event that filled the campus with joy, tradition, and togetherness. The festive decorations, flower carpets, and cheerful faces truly reflected the spirit of Kerala’s most beloved festival.

Students came dressed in beautiful traditional and colorful attire, adding to the charm of the day. One of the major highlights was the Mega Thiruvathira, in which both students and teachers performed gracefully, symbolizing unity and cultural pride.

The celebration also featured various competitions that brought out the creativity and enthusiasm of our students. The Malayali Manka and Kerala Sreeman contests added fun and excitement, as participants showcased their elegance and traditional style. For the little ones, a Mahabali Fancy Dress Competition was held, where children dressed up adorably as King Mahabali, spreading smiles all around.

Energetic dance performances by students on stage kept the audience entertained throughout the program.

The celebration concluded on a sweet note with delicious payasam prepared and served by the PTA. The day was a perfect blend of culture, joy, and community spirit — a true reflection of the essence of Onam.
