Christmas Celebration

"And the angel answered here the holy spirit will come upon you and the power of the most high will overshadow you,therefore the child to be born will be called the son of god"(Luke 1/35)

Christmas,celebrated to commemorate the birth of jesus symbolizes a deeply significant truth of spiritual life.Jesus was born at  a time when ignorance,superstitious,greed,hatred and hypocrisy prevailed upon the land.God sent him to save the people from sin and misery.Christmas is the time for merriment and joy.St thomas HSS celebrated X'mas with much verve and vigour students participated in the "born natale" competition with enthusiasm and spirit.

Rev Fr Johnson Kannampadathil, Joint Director,Paalana Hospital was gracious to take part in the celebration.He gave a very useful christmas message to the students and blessed them.The lucky dip added colour to the celebration."Happy X'mas."
